Networking energy systems and making buildings climate-neutral
The smart all-in-one solution
Our Smart Energy System offers monitoring, control and optimization of your energy systems to reduce energy consumption and
CO2 emissions.
We digitize the energy transition
The Smart Energy System from enisyst integrates all the systems in your building and networks them with each other and with the electricity market. This enables you to purchase electricity at the most favorable tariff. Our Smart Energy System is an intelligent overall solution to minimize self-consumption. Regardless of whether it is an individual property or an entire district: all integrated electricity generators and consumers are controlled in such a way that self-generated electricity is used first. Electricity is only drawn from the grid if there is not enough solar power. The entire system can be monitored and billed via the eni.web user interface .
The highlights of our energy management system
Energy efficiency
through optimization of energy consumption
Sustainability
through the use of renewable energies.
Transparency
of energy flows and costs
Reduction
of peak loads, CO2 and energy costs
Standards
for compliance with legal requirements
The modern district solution
- Control and monitoring of all energy flows in the building and neighborhood
- Manufacturer-independent and compatible with all commercially available battery storage systems, charging stations, heat pumps, etc.
- Everything at a glance: Energy data management, forecasts, remote diagnostics, priority charging and PV surplus utilization
- Communication in accordance with § 14a EnWG (control by grid operator)
- Networking of several buildings and expansion to a cross-property district solution
The components of our active energy management system
Thanks to the modular structure , you can select the components you need for your building stock. These can be combined, scaled and expanded as required. You decide which modules you want to use to increase energy efficiency. eni.core is the heart of our system. It controls and regulates the energy flow in such a way that the energy is optimally distributed via the existing grid infrastructure. Thanks to self-learning and predictive control, energy efficiency is increased, self-consumption is optimized and electricity costs are minimized without you having to intervene.
With the eni.xplore active energy management module, you can lay the foundations for optimum operation of your systems and comply with legal requirements at the same time. The measured data also provides more transparency about your energy flows and helps you to make continuous improvements.
The eni.control heating/cooling/electricity module controls your heating and cooling systems. Heating and cooling networks with central generation or decentralized heat pumps can be optimally operated and monitored in combination with renewable sources (geothermal energy, waste water, waste heat, solar) and local power generation. The effort required for operational management is minimal.
The sustainability & flexible electricity tariff module eni.grid optimizes your own electricity use and can reduce peak loads. This is achieved by intelligently coordinating consumption, generation and storage. By intelligently integrating electricity and heat storage systems, electricity consumption can be shifted to time windows in which electricity is cheap or is currently being produced on the roof. eni.grid controls electricity storage systems, heat pumps or wallboxes for this purpose.
Intelligent charging of your electric vehicles is easy with our load and charging management system eni.charge. This makes it possible not only to distribute an electricity quota intended for electromobility to the charging points. Instead, a measuring point determines in real time how much energy is currently available in the entire building and also makes this surplus energy available for charging the electric vehicles. This means that the currently available power can always be fully utilized, preventing overloading and expensive expansion of the house connection. The system is also prepared for bi-directional charging.
With our billing module eni.share , you can easily implement shared building supply (tenant electricity) and bill energy costs automatically. In the future, it will be possible to exchange and bill renewable electricity from your own PV or CHP systems between buildings and properties. Tenant electricity can combine electricity and heat supply as well as mobility solutions and ensures increased energy efficiency. The system is rounded off by the visualization of consumption data via our user-friendly apps.
eni.xplore is eligible energy management software
Our Smart Energy System with the eni.explore tool is an approved energy management system and eligible for BAFA funding. As a company, you can benefit from this funding by using our software to implement, maintain and improve an energy management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 50001. We will be happy to advise you.
Control, monitor and bill energy consumption
In the clear and vivid presentation of our web-based user interface eni.web, you can find all the information about your systems, set room temperatures and control charging points.
The notification function keeps you informed at all times about errors and faults in the system and how to rectify them. The billing of your energy costs for tenants, etc. can be carried out in no time at all or, if necessary, outsourced. The recorded data serves as the basis for consumption-based billing.
Do you want to make your buildings fit for the future?
Are you looking for a solution that allows you to monitor and control your heating system, integrate PV power to maximize your own maximize your own electricity and e-mobility, and handle tenant electricity and the billing of all energy flows?
