Measures:
At the Fellbach building complex (consisting of three buildings totalling 48 residential units), tenants are to be supplied with self-generated electricity via an individually coordinated, legally compliant tenant electricity model.
enisyst took on the creation and implementation of an individual measurement and metering concept for the residential site.
Electricity and heat supply for all three residential buildings is now handled by enisyst’s system, which also processes and distributes metering data for tenant electricity and ancillary cost billing.
Services:
-
Tenant electricity model
-
Control of the energy centre
-
Preparation and dispatch of billing data
Object:
-
3 residential buildings totalling 48 units
-
Living space: 3,266 m²
-
Refurbishment and new construction
-
PV system (40 kWp) and CHP (22kWel) to supply tenants with electricity and heat
Result (forecast):
- 97% of heat demand covered by the CHP unit
- 60% of electricity demand covered by the PV system and CHP unit
High returns are expected to follow the 7-year payback period. Due to their low energy costs and lessened tenant dependence upon fluctuating energy prices, each flat is considered an attractive buying opportunity.
