Intelligent load management noticeably reduces electricity costs

Neuman Aluminium has been present at the Rottenburg site for 30 years. The production hall for aluminum processing contains numerous CNC machines as well as connected offices. The annual electricity consumption of 1.5 GWh prompted the company to refurbish the heating control system.

The introduction of intelligent load management has reduced electrical losses by improving transformer utilization. The load peaks were capped and thus the electricity costs were reduced. Efficient heating control forecasts a 30% reduction in heating costs.
