Set up charging infrastructure: Holistic concept for your property
When realising charging infrastructure in residential buildings, the focus should be on a holistic solution. All interested parties and participants in a charging solution should be involved. A centrally coordinated implementation enables structural and financial advantages.
The investment costs are divided into general costs for the basic system and specific costs per charging point and user. We recommend a division in which the community pays for the provision of the infrastructure on the building side (grid connection, sub-distribution) and the respective user bears the costs of the hardware, including installation and connection at the parking space and integration into the load management system.
You decide for yourself how many charging points you want to start with. Our affordable starter kits make it easy to get started with electromobility at a very low cost. If required, the system can be scaled as required and expanded to include additional charging points.
It is also easy to integrate your PV system. This allows you to utilise electromobility in your residential building in a regenerative way.
The enisyst system works with all well-known wallbox manufacturers and is therefore ideal for apartment blocks.
